Blood Promise by Richelle Mead

Rose Hathaway has run away from her school and home, she's left everything behind for her love. She couldn't wait in school while her true love, Dimitri, walks the Earth without a soul. But can she actually kill the man she once couldn't live without? But then the tables turn and now she has to find a way to get away from him. From one little mistake she was taken by the enemy. She has become something she thought she would never become, and even her mother would be disappointed. But then she's free, but is the vow she made to Dimitri when he was still alive worth the heart ache she'll feel for the rest of her life? For Rose there is one answer she can't stop for thinking. Yes. But Dimitri isn't her only problems. Lissa is also feeling the grief and isn't herself. But is the madness from the element spirit the problem, or is it something else? This is the fourth book in the Vampire Academy series, I suggest you don't read this one until you read the rest. You can only feel the pain Rose is feeling if you get inside her head in the first 3 books. I give this book a 5 words out of 5 again because I LOVE this series just as much as a person loves the Internet or TV. A must read to all you people looking for a Romeo and Juliet that you can actually understand without having to see the play.

Jumper

If the movie was big hit in your world, then guess what! This book isn't like it very much. I suggest you read the book and then watch the movie or the other way around. Davey is one kid in this world that can actually change his world so much that you would recognise him if you went to school with him. They all think he's dead. But he can go anywhere he wants. He has the ability to 'jump' from place to place, if he's been there. But is Davey mature enough to get the girl of his high school dreams? Or will his talent disgust her to the point of her never wanting to see him again? He can offer her the world, but is all that worth the consequences that could end in his life ending? This Book is one to be read by most people. Some parts are things you don't want to think about in any means necessary, but it happens. This book is kind of realistic in a strange way that opens your eyes from your little fairy tale called a life. This book has things in it that shouldn't happen to people of any age. But this is one of the few books that I had a really hard time putting down, so I personally give this book a 5 words out of 5. I recommend it to someone who wants a quick read or really enjoyed the movie. Found at your excellent school library.

The Summoning by Kelly Armstrong

When you can see ghosts one you hit puberty, your life goes to hell. For Chloe Saunders that's exactly what happened. It was a day like any other, until she felt a gush. Her entire world got turned upside down when the dead janitor started to follow her around and she freaked. Now she's stuck in a messed up place called Lyle house, a special place for teens with 'problems'. But Lyle house isn't what it seems, if you can see the dead and they can see you, you have to avoid the basement because the skeletons that are hidden in the closet might come to get you. I got sucked into this book pretty quickly and couldn't wait to tell all my friends about it. A quick phone call here and there and I figured out my friends had died hundreds of years before. I gotta get facebook. Anyways, I give this book a 5 words out of 5 and a big golden sticker for making me call my friends! I gotta buy the next book now. Boo! Found at your excellent school library.

The Host

If you liked the movie the Invasion, this book will be an excellent choice for you. The human world has been invaded by aliens, but we can't kill the aliens without killing each other. But some humans won't fade away once they have the alien inserted into their brains.... Mhhhhhhhhh... brains...... Melanie Stryder is one of those people. She has an influence on the alien that has taken over her body unlike any other human. But when she finally returns to the people she cares about with the alien still occupying her body she has to find a way to show that she is still in their. And Wanderer has to keep a secret from the humans that could end her entire race from living on this planet. A good book that you just can't seem to put down. I give this book a 4.5 words out of 5 for its outrageous effort. Way to go Stephenie Meyer! Bring on more BLOOD! Found at your excellent school library.

The Vampire is just no that into you by Vlad Mezrich

The division between dating a vampire and dating a human boy have been made into a book. Read the charts and posts from human girls and vampire boys on their dating life and how once you go dead, there's nothing instead. Watch for the signs that they are going to dump you with a bloody ending, including your death, or your watery ending, including never ending tears that just gross out the vampire more. I suggest this book to girls who don't know if they are dating a vampire or someone who is emo or goth. A complete 5 words out of 5 for the humor in the graphs about human males.

Cut

The blood bubbles around the knife as Callie presses the knife to her wrist, but she isn't in her body, she is just watching down like she's watching a movie. The characters walk and talk but she can only really hear when she comes down to Earth. Callie doesn't cut herself too deep and never enough to kill herself. Can she get help and be normal again for spring's arrival, or will she be doomed to stay at Sick Minds like the ghost who waltz's around the lunch room? I adored this book for two reasons, the blood and the parts where she drifts out of her body during 'the cut', mostly the blood. I personally give this book a 4.5 words out of 5. A book for anyone who drifts or wonders why people cut.

Blood Sinister by Celia Rees

This book is what vampires are all about. You get so wrapped up in this book you will probably read it in a day, like I have. You follow around Ellen, a girl with a disease unknown to doctors, as she uncovers her great-great-grandmothers secrets when she was young. But Ellen is getting worse and she can't seem to scratch out the fact that her great-great-grandmother met a vampire, but what she doesn't know is that the vampire is still alive to this day. This book brought back many images in my mind from the old days, of sickness and death. This book can be read by anybody with an interest. I personally give this book a 5 words out of 5. A definite much read.

A Wolf at the Door

Remember all those stories your mom used to tell you when your going to bed? Well now the true story is told. 12 of the stories in this book have been changed to match what everyone wants to hear. These stories were told long ago, but the truth and interest for all have dwindled down to stories only little ones want to hear. This book is good for everyone who knows the stories being told but want more. I personally give this book a 2 words out of 5 because it made me want a drink. Not in a good way. Night Runner by Max Turner

'Being a teenage boy is hard enough, but when your parents die when your young and then you develop allergies beyond reality, you get sent to a place where anything can happen. One night that something happens, and his life will never be the same once Zack Thompson finds the source of his illness. Will Zack find all the answers he seeks, or will he be doomed to wonder?' A truly good book that can help fill my centuries of death, loneliness, and blood. Mostly blood. I give this book a 3 words out of 5. Found at your excellent school library.

The Night Wanderer

This book was very interesting and kind of really reached out to teenagers. Following Tiffany Hunter through all of trouble she gets into is very entertaining. The details are extremely good and the end is one to cry about if you have a heart. I really enjoyed this book and so for my rating part I give is 4.5 words out of 5. I recommend this book to people who really love to read about the dark side of the world that's filled with red tears. Found at your excellent school library.
